Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms establish a legal agreement between you and SwiftEats.

Acceptance of This Agreement

SwiftEats provides an online marketplace where customers can order food and goods from local restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery stores across Turks and Caicos Islands. Our platform uses web and mobile technology to connect customers with vendors and delivery services. Customers can place orders for delivery or pickup. When delivery is selected, SwiftEats coordinates with assigned drivers to fulfill the order.

By accessing our website at swifteats.co or using our mobile application, you agree to the following:

  • I have read this agreement and understand that I am bound by its terms.
  • I am of legal age and permitted to use SwiftEats according to applicable law.
  • I have created an account for personal use and entered this agreement voluntarily.
  • If creating an account on behalf of another individual or organization, I have their authorization to do so.

The terms "user" and "users" refer to any individual or organization that accesses SwiftEats services. If you do not agree to these conditions, you may not access or use SwiftEats services.

Rules and Prohibitions

By using SwiftEats services, you agree to the following:

  • I will only use the services for lawful purposes and will not use them for any illegal activity.
  • I will not use the services for deceptive purposes or to cause harm to users or SwiftEats employees.
  • I will use only services permitted by law and in accordance with SwiftEats copyrights and trade secrets.
  • I will access the services only as authorized by the mobile application or website.
  • I will not use another person's account or impersonate another person.
  • I will not use SwiftEats services to cause annoyance or nuisance to anyone.
  • Without written permission from SwiftEats, I will not use the services for commercial purposes such as advertising or soliciting.
  • I will not distribute SwiftEats content, including menus and reviews, to third parties.
  • I will provide accurate information when registering and will notify SwiftEats immediately if my personal information changes.
  • I will keep my password and credentials confidential.
  • I will use SwiftEats services for personal use only.
  • I will not create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers.
  • I will not engage in any discriminatory behavior when using SwiftEats services.

If SwiftEats determines that you have violated any of these terms, it reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disable your account.

Additional Terms

  • SwiftEats processes all transactions in USD. Customers can pay via debit or credit card.
  • Transactions are processed on behalf of vendors. SwiftEats is not a banking or financial institution.
  • Orders create an agreement between the customer and the vendor, not SwiftEats.
  • Taxes shown on receipts are determined by the vendors. SwiftEats collects payment on their behalf.
  • Menu prices are set by the vendors themselves.
  • SwiftEats operates as an online marketplace and facilitator.

Delivery

SwiftEats relies on internet connectivity and driver availability to process and deliver orders. Customers may occasionally experience delays due to connectivity issues, high demand, or other factors outside our control. SwiftEats is not responsible for delays, incomplete orders, or damaged items once they leave the vendor.

Cancellation Policy

If an order is placed by mistake, is a duplicate, or the customer no longer wishes to proceed, the order may be cancelled. Cancellation availability depends on the current status of the order. Orders that have already been accepted or are being prepared may not be eligible for cancellation.
