Direct Information
When you create an account, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. When you place an order, we record the items ordered, the date and time, and the vendor. Since SwiftEats processes payments online, we also collect payment information such as your card details, which are securely processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
Automatic Information
When you interact with SwiftEats through chat, email, or other communication channels, we may store your name, contact details, and the content of your communications to provide better support in the future. We may also collect technical information such as your browser type, operating system, device model, and IP address.
Location Information
When you use SwiftEats, we collect your general location via IP address. We may also request access to your device's location services so that drivers can deliver to the correct address and we can recommend nearby vendors. If you choose not to enable location services, we may not be able to provide accurate delivery or show vendors near you.

When you place an order, your name, delivery address, and phone number are shared with the vendor and assigned driver to fulfill your order.
